Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the App, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not allow you to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law.
• Use the App in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App responsibly and lawfully. In particular, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload or share content that infringes the rights of others or violates any law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the App.

You are responsible for the tactics, notes, and other content you create within the App and for keeping any account credentials secure.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. The content you create within the App remains yours; by using sync features, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the App to you.

League names, team names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. LiveScore Tactics is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league or club unless stated otherwise.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Live scores, statistics, and other data are provided by APIFootball and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete; you should not rely on them for betting or other decisions. Your use of this data is also governed by the APIFootball Terms of Use. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you end, while provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
