We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:

• Information you provide. Tactics, formations, and notes you create and save, along with any preferences (such as favorite leagues or teams) you configure in the App.
• Account information (optional). If you choose to create an account or sync your data, we may collect an email address or a sign-in identifier from a third-party authentication provider.
• Usage and device data. Non-identifying technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, crash logs, and anonymized usage analytics that help us improve the App.
• Approximate location (optional). If you enable it, we may use coarse location to suggest relevant local leagues or kickoff times. We do not collect precise GPS location.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide live scores, league data, and the tactics board and library features.
• Save, sync, and restore your tactics and preferences across sessions or devices.
• Diagnose crashes, monitor performance, and improve the stability and usability of the App.
• Respond to your support requests and communicate important service updates.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising profiling.

3. Third-Party Services

The App relies on trusted third-party services to function. These providers process limited data on our behalf and only as needed to deliver their service:

• APIFootball — all live scores, fixtures, and league standings in the App are provided by APIFootball. Your use of this data is also subject to their Terms of Use.
• Analytics and crash-reporting tools (for example, mobile platform analytics) that help us understand usage trends and fix bugs.
• Cloud hosting and storage providers used to store and sync your saved tactics if you enable syncing.
• App distribution platforms (the Apple App Store and Google Play) that handle downloads and any in-app purchases.

Each third party operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies for more information about how they handle data.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your tactics and preferences are stored on your device and, if syncing is enabled, on secure cloud servers. We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit — to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide the App and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at lucasramire96@icloud.com and we will take steps to delete it.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
• Withdraw consent for optional features such as location or analytics.
